At Dirt Biter we know what it is like when you are not happy with your purchase. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with, simply return it to Dirt Biter in the item's original condition and packaging and we will organise a credit or exchange for you. Following the process below will ensure you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Within 365 days of purchase, email us at email@example.com and request a returns form or Click here to get your RMA Number. It’s really that simple.
Refunds and Exchanges are not available on Sale Items. Any returned sale items will not be accepted by Dirt Biter and will be sent back to you. All returns are subject to our Store Managers approval. If the item/s have been used, worn or damaged your return will not be successful. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and unfortunately you will be responsible for all returns shipping costs. All a bit confusing? It is recommended that you use registered post for all returns to ensure your delivery is returned safely to Dirt Biter. If you choose not to insure your return delivery, you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Please allow approximately one week for the processing of your return once received. Due to hygiene reasons, Dirt Biter is not able to do any exchanges or refunds on any underwear or swimwear.
